Ray's retreat was perfect for hosting our wedding party for our ceremony at Aldea Wedding in the Woods. The location was central and walkable to trails, the Tavern, and the ceremony location. Ray was incredibly helpful, kind, and responsive, and the place was absolutely beautiful and well-maintained.

Cannot express enough how much we LOVED staying here for our wedding weekend. This place is such a hidden gem, but if you’re planning a wedding at Aldea Weddings in the Woods in the future, you need to book this gorgeous house for your bridal party. Not only did it comfortably hold all of us, but there was still room to entertain and so much gorgeous scenery. It was so convenient being so close to our wedding venue, especially the crazy morning of and night after. Plus, this place has an ELEVATOR! I loved that it’s ADA accessible (in the primary bedroom and with the elevator) but also the elevator was so fun and convenient for shuffling around items up and down the stairs. The hosts allowed us into the home a few hours early too which was such a nice touch so we could get unpacked and settled sooner. I can’t express enough how grateful we are to have found this place. It made our wedding weekend unforgettable. Wish we could have spent more time there!

This was a beautiful getaway to celebrate with our closest friends and family the new year and a birthday! Ray’s house was exactly as pictured, and comfortable along with plenty of amenities! We all had enough space, and cooking was super easy especially with all the utensils and plates/cups. Secluded, but also near downtown flagstaff less than 15 minutes away!

It was a great place to have our family reunion during our daughter's graduation from NAU. We were close enough to easily access campus yet far enough away to keep away from traffic. The home was easily accessible by young and elderly alike. It was very ample and allowed for everyone to gather together or spread out throughout the home. Our family was very comfortable and pleased with our stay here!
