Love this house! 3rd or 4th stay here and always try your best book this when it in Flagstaff! Highly recommend. Cute and clean and just a very nice home all around.

We stayed at The Ponderosa for 3 days as our base coming from Grand Canyon and for a tour of Antelope Canyon. The latter did not push through due to a winter storm. We enjoyed the hot tub the day before the storm, and the kids had an awesome time playing in the wide backyard when the snow came. The middle room with the twin bed also became their impromptu video game room. A very special thank you to Ray for being the epitome of hospitality! First, he brought a snow blow to clear the driveway early on the day of our departure. Unfortunately, our van got stuck in the snow on the street as we were about to leave. He came back to help us get out for over an hour when AAA couldn't! He is a true host.

We had an amazing stay here. The host was very responsive. The house is beautifully decorated and spotless clean. There was plenty of room and everything we needed was there. We had a very comfortable stay and would definitely stay again.

without a lot of clutter, very clean, comfortable beds & nice bedding, & in a picturesque neighborhood! They had everything we needed and we were able to relax and enjoy ourselves! Host was very responsive when we had questions! Would stay here again!

Located in a nice neighborhood, this house was as described, and being the neat freak that I am, I was comfortable with the level of cleanliness. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a quiet relaxing stay.
